Who delivers your parcels?

Royal Mail deliver the majority of our UK parcels. We use a mixture of First and Second Class services depending on weight, delivery service selected and cost. This way we can keep costs low and in turn pass these savings on to you. Depending on how quickly the items are required and the size/value of your order, we may use Hermes/Yodel 24/48hr. For our guaranteed next working day service we use Yodel/Hermes 24hr Tracked. 

EU: We are currently not able to offer a duties paid service. Previous to the 9th of February 2023, the only service we offered to Europe is a duties paid service. However this service has been withdrawn by our couriers. This means all orders to Europe placed after the aforementioned date will be subjected to the local country tax and duties which you will be liable to pay. We are working to reinstate a service where tax and duties are paid on your behalf. We apologies for the inconvenience we know this causes.

Our delivery services Outside of Europe and the UK will be delivered by your local postal service. Please note you may be charged customs and duties fees on receipt of the parcel arriving in the destination country. You will be responsible for bearing the cost of these fees.

Your refund will be processed within 7 days of us receiving the item(s) back. For small businesses especially, it is super important items are re-sellable after we receive them back.
